How much does it cost?
Sending a request and using Careglo are free for families. The cost of care is set by the care company and presented in the offer prepared for you.
Who will contact me, and when?
Once you confirm the request, verified care companies can see it. When one of them takes it over, only that company can contact you for 7 days. You get an email, and the conversation happens in the Careglo chat.
What happens to my data?
A company does not see your phone or email until you agree to contact. We process your data under the GDPR and only to handle the request.
Can I withdraw after the conversation?
Yes. A request is not a contract. You can decline contact with one click or close the request in your account.
Do I need to create an account?
Not up front. The form is enough. In the email you confirm the request and set a password, so you can talk to the company and manage the request.
